James G. O’Brien is a partner at Zoll & Kranz, LLC. Attorney O’Brien graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School with his Juris Doctor degree in 2011. While attending law school, O’Brien was the Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of Legislation. He also had successful experiences as an intern at the St. Joseph County Superior Court and the Notre Dame Legal Aid Clinic.

Prior to law school O’Brien received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics in May of 2005 from the University of Toledo. He graduated summa cum laude and was named “Most Outstanding Undergraduate” by the College of Arts and Sciences.

O’Brien has achieved much as a young attorney by having the opportunity to work as a law clerk to the Honorable David A. Katz of the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio as well as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert L. Miller, Jr. of the United States District Court, Northern District of Indiana.

O’Brien is involved in his local Toledo community by teaching as an instructor at Lourdes University in the College of Business and Leadership.
