Wesley D. Merillat is an associate with Zoll, Kranz and Borgess. His principal areas of practice include commercial and construction litigation. Mr. Merillat also has substantial experience in business formations, contract law, non-compete litigation, and governmental law and representation. 

Mr. Merillat is licensed to practice law in the courts of the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and the Toledo Bar Association. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University's School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University.
